Located about 12 miles Southwest of downtown Austin, the family friendly neighborhood of Circle C has seen a great deal of growth over the past few years. Much like the well planned communities in Round Rock, Circle C has everything a family could dream of including an Olympic size swimming pool and numerous recreation facility. Circle C is also home to severak world class golf courses, hiking and biking trials, basketball courts, soccer fields, and children’s play areas.

Most of the Circle C real estate was built in the mid to late 1990’s and is worth somewhere in the range of $250,000. Since the Circle C area is known as a great neighborhood for families, most of the homes have 4 bedrooms and at least 2 full bathrooms. Due to recent interest, real estate price are on the rise and many of the homes actually sell for more than their asking prices.

Commute

The Circle C to downtown Austin communte should take about 20 minutes. If your looking to catch a flight, the commute to the airport shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.
