What's the best area in Austin for a young professional?

Hi,
I'm moving to Austin to work for Dell. I'd like to live close into town and just commute to Round Rock to work...what are some good areas in Austin for young professionals to live? I'm interested in buying a home (or townhome), so it can't be too expensive.

Your question is one I've heard many times before. Austin is a young town, average age is only 35 years old, and urban living is very popular and desirable for young professionals. Living close to town and commuting to Round Rock is very doable, depending on your price point. We have a lot of condos, townhouses, duplexes and small single family that would meet your needs.
